Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, including replacing oil filters and drain plugs
- Check, top off, and replace vehicle fluids as needed
- Inspect, test, and replace batteries when required
- Rotate, mount, and balance tires according to manufacturer specifications
- Complete light maintenance services such as replacing air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and document maintenance recommendations for the Service Advisor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following dealership and safety procedures
- Previous experience performing oil changes, basic vehicle maintenance, or minor repairs preferred
- ASE certifications and/or technical school training are a plus
- Desire to learn dealership best practices and expand automotive knowledge
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Comfortable using automotive technology and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
