Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle lots, ensuring vehicles are displayed according to dealership standards.
- Keep vehicles clean and ready for customer demonstrations and test drives.
- Replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as needed.
- Prepare vehicle key tags and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
- Move vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the sales lot.
- Support dealership sales goals by helping create an inviting and organized environment for customers.
- Previous lot attendant experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional, with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable walking or standing for extended periods and working outdoors for most of the day.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
