What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle buying process with a friendly, consultative approach
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle
- Demonstrate vehicles, highlight key features, and accompany customers on test drives
- Educate customers on warranties, financing options, and the overall purchase process
- Apply strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Work leads from online, phone, and showroom traffic to generate sales opportunities
- Track daily activity and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, features, and technology
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years or less of automotive sales experience preferred; open to candidates with sales or customer service experience in other industries
- Highly motivated individuals with strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
- Outgoing, approachable personality with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to build relationships
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn CRM and dealership systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- 5-day workweek with flexible scheduling
- Dealership hours: Monday–Saturday, 8am–9pm (closed Sundays)
- Shifts include days, evenings, and Saturdays
