Subaru Sales Brand Specialist – Centennial Subaru

Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and sell new Subaru and pre-owned vehicles, as well as financial services offered by the dealership.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of Subaru products and services, current inventory of vehicles, and competitive vehicles and services.
- Exceed customer satisfaction goals by providing exceptional service.
- Attend all required training classes and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
- Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Is legally able to work in the United States
- Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Sales License

Pay:
- Commission-based pay biweekly (26 pay periods in a year). Pay range anticipated from $50,000 to $150,000 annually based on productivity.
