Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking for an Express Service Advisor to join our dynamic team! Express Service Advisors educate customers on the value and importance of routine vehicle maintenance and sell additional services or repairs based on their vehicle’s needs.

What We Offer
The Service Department is open 7am to 6pm on weekdays and 7am to 5pm on Saturdays. This role requires 9-hour shifts and Saturday availability. You will have Sundays and one weekday off each week. The Express Advisor works onsite in the Service Drive and climate-controlled shop.

- Schedule, confirm and prepare for customer appointments, ensuring an efficient service experience.
- Determine vehicle needs based on customer feedback, vehicle inspection, and current mileage.
- Produce repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates, with full transparency.
- Communicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work.
- Follow-up with customers on the status of their vehicle and satisfaction of service.
- Prior success in a sales-based customer service role is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure customers enjoy prompt, efficient and friendly service.
- Ability to explain vehicle needs and recommended services in a way that customers will understand and encourages them to take action.
- Motivated and persuasive to effectively drive sales growth.
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
