About You:
You are a seasoned, service-oriented professional who thrives in a detail-rich, client-first environment. You are passionate about supporting a financial advisor, wealth manager or life insurance agent, and enjoy being the glue that keeps the office running efficiently. You are personable, professional, resourceful, and tech-savvy—able to juggle high-level tasks while delivering warm, competent support to the financial advisor and the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for client service, including phone, email, and in-person communication
· Schedule and confirm appointments, manage advisor calendars, and coordinate meetings (in-person and via Zoom)
· Prepare and execute new accounts, transfers, money movement, death claims, and beneficiary changes
· Manage investment accounts through the broker-dealer platform
· Prepare statements and eMoney reports for client review meetings
· Manage and maintain the Wealthbox CRM for notes, tasks, and workflows
· Support compliance, continuing education, and licensing tracking
· Maintain office readiness and manage needs and supplies
Qualifications:
· 2 years of client-facing experience in a comprehensive financial planning or wealth management firm
· Strong working knowledge of financial instruments such as types of investments, retirement plans and life insurance
· Experience working with a broker-dealer or brokerage firm platform
· Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365, and video meeting platforms
· Bachelor’s degree or combination of college education and industry experience
· Securities licensing (Series 7, Series 66 (or 63 65) and a Nevada Life & Health Insurance license
· Ability to pass background and credit checks
· Work in the office location full-time, Monday through Friday
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
