Duties
- Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep fairways, greens, and roughs in optimal condition
- Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular lawn care tasks including aeration, overseeding, and pest control to promote lush greenery
- Assist with planting new vegetation, maintaining flower beds, and pruning trees or shrubs to enhance course aesthetics
- Support general maintenance activities such as repairing fencing, installing signage, and cleaning equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Collaborate with team members on landscaping projects and provide support during special course events or tournaments
Qualifications
- Prior experience with landscaping, gardening, or turf maintenance is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance techniques is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely while adhering to safety protocols
- Basic understanding of horticulture principles and lawn care practices
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of course quality
- Valid driver’s license may be required for operating maintenance vehicles or equipment
