Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage multiple phone lines in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
- Schedule appointments for both small animal and large animal services
- Greet clients and patients warmly and check them in and out accurately
- Maintain clear and effective communication with veterinarians, technicians, and team members
- Process payments and manage invoices
- Handle client questions, concerns, and requests with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Assist with general front desk duties and ensure a clean, organized reception area
- Previous customer service experience required (veterinary experience preferred)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling a high call volume and fast-paced workflow
- Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling systems
