POSITION OVERVIEW
The Manager, Education Services plays a key role in supporting how Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) delivers high-quality education to implementing partners across the country. This role helps make learning accessible, practical, and consistent so that nurses, supervisors, and program staff are equipped to do their best work with families. It sits at the center of education delivery - bringing together people, systems, and day-to-day coordination to support strong program implementation.
This position also oversees the systems that support education delivery. Working closely with team members and internal partners, the Manager translates priorities into well-executed learning experiences. Through strong coordination, thoughtful systems management, and leadership, this role contributes to our broader mission by supporting implementing partners in delivering outcomes for children and families in their communities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
50% | Education Operations & Delivery
- Coordinate and plan educational activities in partnership with Program Educators.
- Oversee education registration, attendance tracking, reporting, and communications for eLearning, webinars, and in-person offerings using a learning management system.
- Partner with program leadership on education-related communications.
- Manage the Nursing Contact Hours program for educational activities.
- Establish processes that support effective education coordination and delivery.
- Participate in the development, rollout, and review of evaluations to assess education effectiveness.
30% | LMS Management & Learner Experience
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS) and related platforms.
- Manage user and group setup within the LMS.
- Maintain current and accurate course materials within the LMS.
- Oversee the overall learner experience, including accessibility and ease of use across LMS platforms.
- Manage education completion reporting and uphold strong data quality standards.
20% | Team Leadership & Quality Oversight
- Lead and supervise the Education Services team supporting the NFP program.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to support team members’ professional growth and development.
- Conduct performance management, including regular feedback and evaluations.
- Address employee relations matters in partnership with Human Resources, as needed.
- Review team outputs for quality and consistency.
- Support team planning and goal setting for the Education Services team.
- Support the Senior Manager, Nursing Education in departmental budget planning.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with learning management systems.
- Experience managing or coordinating education, training, or learning programs across multiple formats (eLearning, virtual, and in-person).
- Experience supervising staff and managing performance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience managing data, reporting, and tracking within systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience using project management tools to coordinate multiple workstreams.
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
Preferred
- Experience with instructional design and learning technologies.
- Experience with evaluation tools (e.g., Qualtrics).
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat and AI tools.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Nursing Education and can have up to 6 direct reports.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
