OCI Information Technology (OCI IT) supports and manages the OnBase solution for the benefit of OCI. OCI IT is looking for an additional experienced OnBase Contractor to support, maintain, and develop additional functionality with OnBase.
OCI Information Technology (OCI IT) supports and manages the OnBase solution for the benefit of OCI. OCI IT is looking for an additional experienced OnBase Contractor to support, maintain, and develop additional functionality with OnBase. Responsibilities include but are not limited to user support and triage of issues, and timely resolution of assigned tickets, identifying patterns of tickets to isolate true root cause and propose solutions and/or changes, suggesting, and demonstrating, conceptual designs to improve the user experience, etc.
Responsibilities:
- User support and triage of issues, and timely resolution of assigned tickets
- Identifying patterns of tickets to isolate true root cause and propose solutions and/or changes
- Understanding business requirements to achieve OCI s desired outcomes, while adhering to agency policies
and procedures - Suggesting, and demonstrating, conceptual designs to improve the user experience
- High quality module configuration and design using low-to-no-code approach, with minimal oversight
- Communication of important updates and/or necessary changes to Management, where appropriate
- Recommendation for design improvements to existing solutions
- Standard development environment requirements, to include documentation and task tracking
- Support for other OCI IT team initiatives as needed
Required Skills & Years of Experience: (5 years)
- Completed or recently renewed OnBase Certified Workview Developer (OCWV) (Hyland Certified OnBase WorkView Administrator) certification, within the past 4 years. Attach certification at time of submission if possible.
- Building OnBase low-to-no code solutions, following Hyland best practices and design methodology:
o Workview standalone applications
o Workflow standalone lifecycles
o Workflow/Workview combined solutions
o Document Composition templates - Design thinking determine and work toward an outcome, not just following a list of steps
- Troubleshooting pre-existing OnBase solutions with minimal existing documentation
- Working directly with business users to resolve production issues timely and correctly
Desired Skills:
- State and/or Local Government work history
- IT Service Management (ITIL) certification
