Chandler Hall, a non-profit, Quaker facility, provides high-quality care for older adults in Newtown, Bucks County, and offers a wide spectrum of services for individuals at all stages of the aging process including Community Living, Personal Care, Home Hospice, Independent Living, Respite Care, and Skilled Nursing Care.
We are seeking to hire a full-time **Support Coordinator** to provide exceptional customer service to our **Independent Living** residents**.** The Homemaker is responsible for working as a team member, in the pursuit of providing excellent service. In this role, you will develop and maintain mutually caring and beneficial relationships with the Independent Living residents as well as external customers, enhancing trust and respect for others.
Varied days Monday - Friday between the hours of 10:30AM - 7:00PM and every other weekend

- Some of the job responsibilities include**:
- Serve as a representative of Chandler Hall's administration to interact with residents on a regular basis and forward questions, concerns and requests to the CEO
- Support the residents in helping to investigate and plan activities they wish to pursue
- Maintain your assigned area using the developed cleaning procedures and time schedules
- Provide light housekeeping to each apartment and common areas
- Work with the Culinary Department to ensure the proper handling/safety and storage procedure for food are followed
- Prepare the dining area for lunch and dinner such as cleaning up after meals and re-setting the tables for the next meal
- Greets and takes orders from the residents; serves food, cleans and sanitizes dishes, glasses, silverware and equipment as needed
- Conducts environmental rounds on a daily basis, sending in work orders as needed
- Order supplies as needed
