Chandler Hall, a non-profit, Quaker community, provides high-quality care for older adults in Newtown, Bucks County and offers a wide spectrum of services for individuals at all stages of the aging process including Community Living, Personal Care, Home Hospice, Independent Living, Respite Care, and Skilled Nursing Care.
We are seeking a Skilled **Maintenance Mechanic** to assist with room turnovers, perform preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment and facilities(safety systems, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting). Assists with basic carpentry, painting, flooring, and general building repairs. Maintains grounds, including snow removal and some minor landscaping and debris clean up. Must be able to work on call rotation.

Minimum Qualifications

- Experience working in a long term care community preferred.
- Ability to work on call rotation, which included evenings and weekends.
