• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards

• Supervise and train dietary assistants and kitchen staff as needed

• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
