  • Lead project teams through preconstruction, budgeting, contracting, and execution.
  • Oversee multiple high-value (multi-million-dollar) projects, ensuring financial performance, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with field leadership, supers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and excellence at every phase.
  • Represent the company in the community as a trusted partner and ambassador of our values.

Who You Are

  • Connector: Deeply networked in the Spokane construction ecosystem — people know you and trust you.
  • Strategic Leader: You see the big picture but understand the details that make or break a project.
  • Relationship-Driven: You build partnerships based on integrity, follow-through, and mutual respect.
  • Business-Minded: You understand project financials and can balance client satisfaction with profitability.
  • Experienced: 10 years of construction leadership, with a strong CX (client experience) orientation and track record on multi-million-dollar projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience leading design-build or negotiated GMP projects.
  • Established relationships with Spokane’s leading architects, developers, and trade partners.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and elevate company reputation in the marketplace.
