Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Social Services or Human Development required or
  
  

Bachelors degree in a related field with 2 years of Case Management

Experience

• Ability to fulfill DCFS requirements for personnel, including a
  
  

physical exam, immunizations and a criminal record check

• Ability to engage families in services for themselves and their
  
  

child, maintain records of services provided, and support

family-identified goals

• Experience working with a diverse population
• Basic computer competency
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to travel to home visits, trainings and meetings.
• Ability to lift children up to 60 pounds in an emergency.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Prior experience with working with children in an early childhood
  
  

program is preferred. Applicants with prior early childhood

experience will be given priority within the applicant process

Starting Hourly Wage

\$22.73 - \$23.75 (BA)\

\$24.46 - \$25.48 (MA)\
