The Position:
The Systems Administrator supports user profile administration, system configuration, workflow troubleshooting, environment monitoring, access coordination, scheduled jobs, log review, operational documentation, and user support activities. This is a remote position with scheduled onsite support.
Required:
4–6 years supporting enterprise business applications, preferably TRIRIGA or another facilities/real-property system
Responsibilities:
- Experience with ticket categorization
- Priority assignment
- User-role administration
- Business workflow troubleshooting
- SOP/user-guide updates, training decks, job aids, sign-in/training records, surveys, and UAT coordination
- Online help updates, technical documentation, help documentation, test checklists/scripts, training materials, electronic training agendas, sign-in sheets, IFMS training records, and training evaluation surveys
