The Position:
The Project Manager should have 7–10 years of experience managing federal or large public-sector application operations and maintenance. This position is based in Atlanta and the candidate must be available to work on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Prior management of enterprise application sustainment with dev/test/prod releases, user support, and federal reporting cadence
- Direct experience with ticket backlogs, release calendars, monthly reporting, SLA reporting, subcontractor management, and COR-facing briefings
- Knows TRIRIGA vocabulary to control delivery without pretending to be the architect
- Coordinates contractor staff
- Manages the work plan
- Leads weekly ticket reviews
- Prepares monthly reports
- Supports quarterly reviews
- Tracks staffing coverage
- Manages the release calendar
- Controls issue escalation
- A PMP is a definite plus
