- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
- Pay: From $13/hour with high school and limited experience; $15 with a CDA; increasing depending on education and experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Able to pass a fingerprint background check.
- Prior experience working with children in a classroom setting.
- Stay engaged and supervise children in your care, ensuring safety and promoting active participation in all activities.
- Plan and lead activities that support children’s development in social, emotional, physical, and cognitive areas.
- Maintain an organized and supportive classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with staff, parents, and volunteers.
- Be attentive to the health and well-being of children, responding to their needs as appropriate.
- Perform other work-related duties assigned by the Site Director.
