Thrift Store Team Member

Looking for steady part-time work where you stay active and make a difference in your community? Our Brainerd Thrift Store is hiring a reliable, hardworking team member to help with donations, stocking, and general store support. Must be available weekends.

This is a hands-on, active role—perfect for someone who shows up, works independently, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time, 25-30 hours per week
• $12/hour
• Must be available to work weekends
• Store hours: Monday-Saturday 10 AM-6 PM, Sunday 1 PM-6 PM
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Accept and unload donations from the community (always with a polite, helpful attitude)
• Lift, carry, and move merchandise throughout the store
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Keep the store clean with light janitorial duties
• Support overall store operations as needed
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Reliability—someone we can count on to show up and get the job done
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Friendly and respectful when interacting with donors and customers
• Physically able to stand/walk for a full shift
• Able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with bending, lifting, pushing/pulling, and staying active throughout the day
