Thrift Store Cashier

Chambliss Center for Children is looking for a friendly and dependable Part-Time Cashier to join our team at the Brainerd Thrift Store. In this role, you will help customers, run the cash register, keep the store neat, and help stock items on the sales floor.

Schedule

• Part-time (20-29 hours per week)
• Store hours are 10am-6pm
• Includes rotating Saturdays
  
  

Pay

• $12.00 per hour
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Friendly and helpful with customers
• Experience handling cash and using a cash register is preferred
• Reliable and on time for work
• Able to work well with others
  
  

Responsibilities

• Run the cash register and process customer purchases accurately
• Handle cash and other forms of payment
• Provide excellent customer service
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting
• Restock shelves, racks, and displays as needed
• Help receive, unpack, and stock donated merchandise
• Complete other duties assigned by the Store Manager
