We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Program Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for our volunteer program and extended childcare Program. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to use their administrative and organizational talents to support programs that positively impact children and families in our community.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
Pay: $17-$20 per hour, depending on education and experience

- Keep supply areas organized and stocked
- Provide general administrative support across multiple departments
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
