Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.
- Perform cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing returns.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to enhance customer experience.
- Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items.
- Maintain store appearance through effective merchandising and stocking practices.
- Supervise junior staff members and assist in training new employees as needed.
- Ensure compliance with store policies regarding phone etiquette and customer interactions.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
