What You Get

• Pay starts at $11/hour if you have a high school diploma and no experience.
• Earn more if you have a CDA or other child care experience — up to $13/hour or more!
• Work Monday-Friday, 2pm - 6pm (Brainerd) or 12pm-5:30pm (Red Bank)
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Help teachers in the classroom and support children during play, learning, and other activities.
• Keep kids safe and happy — inside, outside, and during special events.
• Lead fun activities that help kids grow in how they think, move, and get along with others.
• Keep the classroom clean and organized.
• Be kind and respectful to other staff, parents, and volunteers.
• Watch for any health needs and help children as needed.
• Do other helpful tasks as asked.
  
  

What You Need

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be able to pass a fingerprint background check.
• Have some experience working with children.
