Locations:
- Chambliss Center at East Brainerd Elementary, 7600 Goodwin Road, Chattanooga TN 37421
- Monday - Friday, 10am - 1pm
- Chambliss Center at East Side Elementary, 1603 S. Lyerly Street, Chattanooga TN 37404
- Monday - Friday, 11am-1pm
- $11.00/hour – High School Diploma, no childcare experience required
- $13.00/hour – Child Development Associate (CDA)
- More with additional education and/or experience
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a fingerprint background check
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting is helpful but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and coworkers
- Supervise and engage children in a safe, nurturing environment
- Assist with classroom activities that support children's learning and development
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming classroom
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Support the teaching team with daily classroom responsibilities
