Nursery Teacher (full-time) - Children's Academy

Position Details

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
• Pay: From $13/hour with high school and limited experience; $15 with a CDA; increasing depending on education and experience.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a fingerprint background check.
• Prior experience working with children in a classroom setting.
• Prior infant care.
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Take care of infants in a safe and loving way
• Feed babies bottles and solid food (when ready)
• Change diapers and keep play, sleep, and changing areas clean
• Comfort babies with cuddles, songs, and gentle care
• Work with other teachers, parents, and volunteers
• Watch for any health concerns and respond as needed
