What You Will Be Accountable For
- Support execution of HR systems tasks and enhancements as directed by Manager/Principal
- Assist with escalated HR system tickets and provide technical support to HR staff and end users
- Participate in test cycles for routine system updates, enhancements, UAT, and regression testing
- Conduct HR data analysis across modules to identify trends, accuracy issues, and insights
- Perform data quality checks, cleansing, and imports for defect resolution
- Gather documentation for audits and compliance requests; support audit deliverables
- Maintain and follow data governance processes and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in developing SOPs, job aids, and training content for HR system users
- Support system permission maintenance and user access controls
- Partner with HR system leads and IT on process improvement opportunities
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in HR, IT, or business operations.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR systems, HR operations, HRIS, or related analytical/technical support roles, with demonstrated capability in: HR data management and system troubleshooting, Supporting system enhancements and testing (UAT, regression), Report development and analysis to support business decisions.
- Experience supporting HRIS platforms such as SAP/Employee Central, Cornerstone, infinite BrassRing, or other SuccessFactors modules.
- Experience providing professional customer service to internal stakeholders and responding timely to inquiries.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience reviewing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage work with limited supervision, while knowing when to escalate issues appropriately.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data cleanup).
- Basic PowerPoint and Word skills for supporting reporting and documentation.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn, ask questions, and proactively seek cross-functional knowledge.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and stakeholder groups.
- Experience in HR data governance or system permissioning preferred.
- Prior involvement in HR reporting or analytics preferred.
- Exposure to UAT testing, regression testing, and HRIS support workflows preferred.
