Sales Administrative Assistant - Automotive Dealership

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including processing paperwork and maintaining customer records
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts, and vehicle registration paperwork
- Communicate effectively with customers and sales team, ensuring a smooth sales process
- Support inventory management and vehicle delivery processes
- Maintain a clean and organized sales office environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain strict compliance with all car deal processes
- Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to car sales
- Occasional receptionist duties
- Manage the sales que and key control
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative support or sales support preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive sales processes and terminology is a plus
