What You'll Do
Onboarding and New Hire support –Process Review and Refresh
This will be a 1st Shift 8am - 5pm M-F position located at our Plant in Walker, MI.

What You'll Do
Onboarding and New Hire support –Process Review and Refresh
- Enter new hires into ADP
- Prepare orientation materials, Identify gaps, redundancies, or delays
- Track onboarding completion, Recommend improvements focused on efficiency and compliance
- Maintain digital employee files
- Assist with routine data changes
- Support Leave tracking
- Assist in timecard review and exception reporting
- Assist with the planning and coordination of activities
- Assist with recognition programs (birthdays, anniversaries)
This will be a 1st Shift 8am - 5pm M-F position located at our Plant in Walker, MI.
What You Need To Have
- Must be pursuing a four-year Bachelor’s degree related to Human Resources from a accredited college or university
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 to be considered for the Internship program
- Must have superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in global manufacturing environment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
