Seasonal Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate

Join the ChalkTalk SPORTS team for our busy holiday season! We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Seasonal Warehouse & Fulfillment Associates to support our growing eCommerce operation through approximately Christmas.

This is a hands-on seasonal position supporting different areas of our warehouse and fulfillment operation. Associates are assigned to tasks based on daily business needs, which can include order fulfillment, packing and shipping, inventory, restocking, product assembly, and apparel decoration.

We’re looking for people who are reliable, show up on time, are willing to learn, and are ready to contribute as part of a team.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities can include:

• Pick customer orders accurately from warehouse inventory
• Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Receive, organize, and restock inventory
• Replenish inventory in order-picking areas
• Fold, label, assemble, and package products
• Operate heat presses to decorate t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other apparel
• Use RF scanners and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, inventory, or apparel decoration experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

Physical activity varies by assignment. Employees should be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching as needed throughout their shift. Some positions may require lifting and moving packages or inventory weighing up to 25 lbs.

Schedule & Seasonal Hours

• Monday–Friday with an 8:30 AM start time
• Seasonal employment runs through approximately Christmas, depending on business needs
• Hours will gradually increase as we move further into the holiday season and order volume increases
• Daily end times will vary based on workload
• During our peak holiday period, longer shifts and overtime opportunities will be available
• Occasional weekend hours may also be available during peak periods

Applicants should understand that this is a seasonal eCommerce environment. Hours earlier in the season may be lighter, with schedules becoming progressively busier as we approach the holidays.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 45.0 per week
