We're seeking friendly and attentive servers with restaurant experience to provide top-tier service at our bustling Korean BBQ & Hot Pot restaurant. You'll guide guests through our interactive dining experience and help create memorable meals.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Explain menu offerings, including BBQ grill and hot pot options
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, adhering to fine dining service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
Experience
- Prior serving experience required (1 year preferred)
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for patrons.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential, with an emphasis on sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated during busy shifts.
- Must be 18 and able to serve alcohol if applicable
