Bartender

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and creative bartender to join our team. This is not just a pour-and-serve role—we want someone who knows how to craft signature cocktails, provide great guest experiences, and handle high-volume service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their tastes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including Toast POS, ensuring all payments are processed efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering stock as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods such as banquets or special events.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks and managing the bar area.
• Stay updated on industry trends in brewing and cocktail preparation to enhance the guest experience.
• ID guests and ensure responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of classic and creative cocktails
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages effectively.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours such.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and various types of beverages is a plus.
• Must be 18 and possess a valid bartender's license.
