We’re looking for a driven individual who can build relationships, manage a pipeline, and confidently guide clients through the sales process.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Working with homeowners to design and sell custom pools, spas, and outdoor living projects
• Managing both incoming leads and self-generated opportunities
• Meeting with clients, building trust, and guiding them through high-value decisions
• Creating proposals and confidently closing deals
• Managing your pipeline, including follow-ups, scheduling, and project handoffs
• Generating new business through networking, referrals, and community presence
Qualifications
• 2–5 years of sales experience (required)
• Strong ability to build relationships and earn trust with homeowners
• Proven experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals
• Self-motivated and comfortable generating your own opportunities
• Organized and able to manage your time, appointments, and follow-ups independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends when customers are available
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Preferred (but not required):
• Experience in pools, construction, or outdoor living
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Compensation
• $50,000 – $70,000 base salary (based on experience) PLUS Uncapped commission
• Strong performers can earn well into six figures
