We’re looking for a driven salesperson who knows how to connect with people, manage a pipeline, and close deals.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Selling custom pools, hot tubs, patios, and outdoor living projects
- Working both in-store retail traffic AND self-generated leads
- Meeting with homeowners, building trust, and guiding them through big-ticket decisions
- Creating proposals and closing deals
- Managing your pipeline: follow-ups, appointments, and project handoffs
- Generating new business through networking, referrals, and community presence
- Supporting pool service & repair sales opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of sales experience (required)
- Industry experience in pools, construction, or outdoor living = big plus
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
- Organized and able to manage your own schedule and pipeline
- Comfortable working evenings & weekends
- Self-starter mindset—you don’t need to be micromanaged
- Someone who can hunt, not just take orders
Compensation
$50,000 – $70,000 base salary (based on experience)
Commission (high earning potential)
