Electrical Superintendent – Semiconductor Construction (Phoenix, AZ)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage electrical operations on a major semiconductor construction project in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise, the ability to manage large crews, and a commitment to safety, quality, and on‑time project delivery.
- Oversee all electrical field operations, crews, and subcontractors on site
- Ensure all work meets project specifications, NEC standards, and semiconductor facility requirements
- Supervise electrical teams and coordinate daily with project managers, GCs, and other trades
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical scopes of work
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and support field engineering solutions
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols
- Review drawings, schematics, and technical documentation to identify conflicts or required changes
- Track progress, manpower, materials, and provide daily reporting
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure high‑quality workmanship and timely completion of milestones
- 5 years as an Electrical Superintendent or Electrical Foreman leading large crews
- Industrial or semiconductor construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- In‑depth knowledge of electrical systems, NEC, and industrial electrical engineering principles
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues on active construction sites
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Solid understanding of project management techniques and schedule coordination
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Relevant electrical certifications or safety training a plus
- Must pass an electrical assessment test prior to onboarding
