Key Requirements – Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in drywall installation
- Experience in metal stud framing is REQUIRED
- Strong proficiency in mud, tape, and finishing
- Previous work as a Painter is preferred
- Must be bilingual, with English proficiency required
Note: Candidates must have direct experience with metal framing and drywall to be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install drywall panels with precision
- Perform metal stud framing, layout, and installation
- Apply joint tape and compound for smooth, paint-ready finishes
- Sand and prep drywall for final painting or wall covering
- Read and interpret blueprints or construction plans as needed
- Work effectively in fast-paced, large-scale construction environments
- Collaborate in small teams with minimal supervision
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and ensure proper tool storage
