- Lead Certified Payroll Reporting for government contracts (hours, classifications, pay rates, fringe, gross wages)
- Support Compliance & Auditing including reconciliations, wage law adherence, union requirements, and SOX controls
- Manage full‑cycle payroll for a high‑volume, multi‑state workforce
- Maintain audit‑ready payroll documentation and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with Talent Management, Accounting, Project Management, and Technology teams
- 3 years of payroll processing experience
- Experience with certified payroll, prevailing wage, or public works
- Multi‑state or multi‑company payroll experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Experience with TempWorks, LCP Tracker, Points North, or E‑Mars is a plus
- CPP (PayrollOrg)
- CPS (NACPB)
