Southwest Phoenix, family owned, construction company is seeking an experienced administrative profession to assist multiple departments within their offices. The company has been in business for many years and has contracts that will span many years to come! They are looking to train in someone to replace a key employee who will retire in two years.
This person will work directly for the owners to ensure weekly payroll, AP/AR, data entry information of new hires, liens and releases, and general office functions will be completed in a timely manner. Daily interaction on the phones, greeting guests and working with the construction Superintendents and Project Managers.
Required:
- Construction payroll and accounting experience for 3 years or more
- Knowledge of Liens and ability to expand that skillset
- General experience with AP/AR and open to learn more
- General HR back-office functions
- Quickbooks Pro experience
- High school diploma or GED
Salary : $50,000 - $62,000
