Job Overview
We are currently hiring Apprentice Electricians for a ground-level electrical project in San Antonio. This role focuses on underground work and is a great opportunity for apprentices looking to gain hands-on field experience and grow in the trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform trenching and assist with underground electrical installations
- Install and run PVC conduit piping
- Pulling wire through conduit
- Operate Skid Steer tractor
- Underground electrical work
- Move and stage materials around the job site
- Use shovels, picks, and other manual tools for ground work
- Support journeymen and foremen with daily tasks
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean worksite
- Read and follow basic instructions and job site directions
Requirements
- Active TDLR Apprentice Electrician License (required)
- Experience with trenching and underground work
- Experience with Skid Steer tractor
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor
