Your future duties and responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Coordination
- Serve as the primary coordinator for integrated marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain centralized campaign documentation, ensuring timelines, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies remain current and accessible.
- Support campaign managers and marketing leaders in coordinating planning activities, meetings, and project milestones.
- Capture meeting outcomes, action items, risks, and decisions and ensure appropriate follow up across stakeholders.
- Identify potential timeline conflicts, dependencies, and execution risks and escalate as needed.
- Maintain a centralized, real time view of all active and upcoming campaigns across the marketing portfolio.
- Manage campaign status tracking and reporting processes to ensure consistent visibility across workstreams.
- Coordinate updates from project owners and cross functional partners to maintain accurate project information.
- Monitor campaign progress against established milestones and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure campaign documentation and planning resources are consistently maintained and organized.
- Own and maintain the enterprise campaign calendar, providing a comprehensive cross channel view of campaign activity.
- Coordinate campaign timing, launch schedules, and key milestones across multiple marketing channels.
- Identify scheduling conflicts and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize campaign alignment.
- Ensure campaign calendar updates are communicated effectively across partner teams.
- Manage channel support tracking across campaigns, ensuring visibility into channel participation, deliverables, and readiness.
- Maintain records of campaign messaging, channel requirements, and execution plans.
- Partner with cross functional teams to gather and validate campaign support information.
- Provide reporting and updates on campaign readiness and execution status.
- Maintain project management tools and documentation to support team workflow and task management.
- Track action items, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple campaigns and initiatives.
- Support process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, visibility, and consistency.
- Assist with preparation of leadership updates, status reports, and planning documentation.
- Support additional campaign planning and operational initiatives as needed.
- 3 years of experience in project coordination, campaign operations, marketing operations, project management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience managing project plans, timelines, status reporting, and task tracking tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns preferred.
- Accurate and up to date visibility across all active marketing campaigns.
