This position performs the following functions:

The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

This position performs the following functions:
- Extract and compile data from various sources, such as field notes, meeting minutes, and reports. Process the data, identify any errors or inconsistencies, and select appropriate methods for data presentation.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and the review and processing of invoices.
- Utilize fully applicable precedents and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Receive initial instructions and advice from clients as needed, and perform recurring work independently.
- Undertake assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed, selecting or adapting standard procedures. Work is reviewed for adequacy and compliance.
- Exercise judgment and initiative to recognize inconsistencies or gaps in data and seek additional sources to clarify information.
- Perform routine office tasks, including answering phones, handling routine correspondence, and operating office equipment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with financial data
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- MS Office experience
