- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback on product performance, warranty claims, and service inquiries.
- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Manage warranty claims, including tracking, resolution, and customer follow-up.
- Maintain and update product documentation, promotional materials, and warranty materials
- Proven experience in customer service, project management, and quality assurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; CRM software expertise preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
