Warehouse Clerk – Office & Logistics Support

Position Overview: The Warehouse Clerk provides administrative and logistics support for warehouse and shipping operations within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on scheduling shipments, updating customer orders, preparing shipping labels and documentation, and ensuring accurate communication between the office, warehouse, and production teams. It’s an excellent fit for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused setting.

Salary: $41,600 - $45,760

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and freight partners
• Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, bills of lading, and other required documentation
• Update customer orders in the ERP system, including shipment status, tracking numbers, and delivery dates
• Communicate with customers regarding order updates, shipping timelines, and any delays or changes
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and order changes
• Support the warehouse office with filing, reporting, and general administrative tasks
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse office support, or manufacturing administration preferred
• Strong computer skills, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with shipping carriers, freight scheduling, and logistics processes a plus
• Reliable, organized, and able to work collaboratively with multiple departments
