- Develop, implement, and enforce policies to safeguard company assets
- Drive cost accounting accuracy, including raw materials, labor, and overhead standards
- Oversee inventory planning and annual physical inventory processes
- Manage and forecast company cash flow
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5–7 years of progressive experience, including 3–5 years in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing operations
