- Oversee all aspects of accounting and compliance
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Manage and elevate financial and investor reporting, partnering closely with the CFO
- Drive process improvement, controls, and scalable accounting practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 10 years of real estate accounting experience; affordable housing / HUD / Section 8 experience strongly preferred
- Proven team leadership experience
- CPA and/or Master’s degree preferred
Salary : $170,000 - $185,000
