Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver hands-on training programs covering manufacturing processes, equipment operation, workplace safety, and standard operating procedures.
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training initiatives to help new and existing employees build technical skills, improve performance, and follow established quality standards.
- Partner with production leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, evaluate skill gaps, and develop effective learning materials.
- Create and maintain training documentation, work instructions, and learning resources to ensure consistency across manufacturing teams.
- Track training completion and effectiveness, gather employee feedback, and continuously improve programs to support operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required, with the ability to communicate effectively and deliver training to a diverse workforce.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to make technical information easy to understand and apply in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
