Tax Manager - International Tax

I am working with a small but rapidly growing company with a global footprint, committed to innovation and excellence. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Manager to join their team and lead their U.S. and international tax efforts. This is a hybrid position.

Position Overview

The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing and preparing international tax filings, supporting corporate tax compliance, and ensuring alignment with U.S. tax operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to see the direct impact of your work, influence processes, and grow alongside the company. While this is an individual contributor role, it is highly visible and strategic.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review international tax returns and related filings.
• Support U.S. federal and state corporate tax compliance and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure tax compliance across jurisdictions.
• Analyze tax implications of international operations and transactions.
• Assist with transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to the development of scalable tax operations.
• Stay current on international tax laws and regulations affecting the company.
  
  

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• 4–10 years of relevant experience.
• Background in public accounting or experience with a public company strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax operations and international tax compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
