Main Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and improve financial forecasts and analyses based on input from various teams.
- Provide financial support to the management team through weekly, monthly, and annual analysis requirements.
- Assist in the review of monthly project Estimates at Completion (EACs).
- Review month-end revenue recognition, contract schedules, and overhead reports, ensuring all differences are reconciled.
- Support the annual budget process by developing complex Excel models, conducting cost research, and providing analysis.
- Create and prepare PowerPoint presentations for operational reviews, Board of Director meetings, and other key events.
- Proactively collaborate with the corporate accounting and finance organization on reporting, analysis, and various projects.
- Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; an MBA or related Master's degree is a plus.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in a similar role, focusing on financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis.
- Substantial experience in financial modeling and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with enterprise-level ERP systems and BI tools (Admin level experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis of large datasets from multiple sources.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project financial performance, analyze complex business problems, and clearly communicate results.
