- Deploy and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points across all branches
- Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, patching, and hardware replacements
- Lead remediation efforts tied to audit findings and ensure systems meet current security standards
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve latency, connectivity, and security issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced hardware, software, and network problems
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve escalated infrastructure issues
- Document Tier 2 support resolutions to enhance Tier 1 capabilities and reduce repeat incidents
- Research and recommend new technologies to improve scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business continuity and enhance member services
- 5 years of experience in systems and network administration within enterprise environments
- Prior experience in a retail financial institution is required
- Strong skills in server management, virtualization (VMware), and enterprise networking
- Required certifications: VMware Certified Professional, CompTIA Network , CompTIA Security
- Preferred certifications: Cisco CCNA, Cisco CCST
- Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls and IAM solutions is a plus
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory standards (NCUA, DoB)
- Ability to lead infrastructure projects, document configurations, and communicate across teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Experience in regulated environments with sensitivity to documentation and InfoSec
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and core function modeling
- Prior exposure to loan origination systems
- Comfort working in a lean, high-impact team with direct access to executives
