- Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Maintain and review Bill of Materials (BOMs) and product costing within the ERP system.
- Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances and support reporting for plant leadership.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and inventory valuation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0–3 years of accounting experience; manufacturing or inventory experience is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis.
- ERP system experience preferred; familiarity with inventory or costing modules is helpful.
