- Provide leadership to the accounting team; review Jes, recs, intercompany, lead and mentor the team.
- Manage the monthly, quarterly and year end close process in a multi-entity environment.
- The Accounting Manger will be tasked with developing and implementing new processes and procedures, creating efficiencies in workflow and strategize for continued growth.
- Maintain internal controls, ensure compliance with GAAP
- Analyze trends, variances and operational results. Ad-hoc analysis.
- Work cross functionally to resolve accounting issues and improve reporting accuracy
- Additional duties as assigned.
- BS Accounting
- Strong Leaderships skills with prior experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Demonstrated experience with creating processes, efficiencies, any integration experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment.
